By creating an account on PropVault, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use PropVault. You must provide accurate KYC information.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
- Property listings must be accurate and not misleading
- You must not use PropVault for fraudulent transactions
3. Escrow
All transactions on PropVault go through escrow. By using our platform you agree to our Escrow Policy.
4. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of property handover. PropVault's decision in disputes is final and binding.
